Jayne is the founding CEO of Skills 4 and has extensive experience of training and consultancy in workforce development, with a specific specialism in gender diversity.
An accomplished business woman and executive trainer, she founded the company in 2006 and works with senior teams of companies on topics such as D&I succession planning, unconscious bias and organisational change.
Jayne has a proven track record in providing a range of interventions to support employers achieve their inclusion and diversity objectives at an individual and organisational level. Clients include: Atkins, Arcadis, Balfour Beatty, BAM Nutall, BuroHappold, Barclays, Babcock, HS2, Kier, Mace, Mott MacDonald, Rolls Royce, Siemens and Thales.
As a professional teacher, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) practitioner and coach, Jayne is the author of all Skills 4 programmes.
