Our award-winning Career Development Programme has been designed to help women further their careers. The programme is now in its eighth year and has already helped over 4,000 women advance professionally.
The programme is normally delivered over three months. By the end of the final session:
- 97% of participants had a more proactive approach to career progression
- 88% had higher levels of self-confidence
- 58% had taken on more responsibility within their role and 18% had already taken on a new role
Partners with WISE
Skills 4 is working with WISE to open access to their Career Development and Returners programmes for women working in STEM roles in the advanced manufacturing, engineering and construction sector.
Skills 4 and WISE are focussed on supporting women in STEM roles to succeed in their chosen careers and to inspire the next generation of girls and women.
